3. Bidding and Payment
Our website provides a platform for users to participate in bidding for various electronic items. Please follow our bidding agreement for the bidding process and payment.
The bidding agency commits to providing professional bid services to the client, including but not limited to:
Assisting the client in formulating effective bidding strategies.
Monitoring bidding activities and providing critical information in a timely manner. Offering professional guidance during the bidding process to enhance the chances of successful bidding.
Payment and Settlement: Upon successfully winning a bid, the client agrees to settle the bid amount as follows: The client must make a payment of 20% of the total value of the bid items as a deposit within 2 working days after winning the bid, either in full or based on received bank funds or cash, to ensure ownership of the items.
Failure to make the deposit within the specified timeframe will result in the client forfeiting ownership of the items.
Delivery and Pickup Arrangements: The client agrees to the following arrangements for the delivery and pickup of bid items: Upon the arrival of the bid items, the client must arrange for pickup within 3 days.
Failure to arrange pickup within the specified timeframe will result in the client forfeiting ownership of the items.
The bidding agency reserves the right to handle the items themselves and retain the deposit in such cases.
Withdrawal or Cancellation: Once the client submits a bid, it is considered final and legally binding. The client understands that withdrawing or canceling a bid may lead to fines or charges imposed by auction or bidding platforms.
Any such fines or charges shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
Limitation of Liability: The bidding agency is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the client due to bid failures, bid rejections, or issues related to the quality, authenticity, or condition of items.
The liability of the bidding agency is limited to bid services only.
Any issues related to the items must be reported with evidence within 7 days, counting from the day of item arrival.
Beyond this deadline, no further action will be taken.
The bidding agency will make efforts to assist but does not guarantee the outcome.
Breach of Contract: Repeated breaches of the contract terms or severe misconduct may result in the disqualification of bidding privileges and the forfeiture of existing deposits and ownership of items.
The bidding agency holds the final decision-making authority. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the bidding process.
